kin999 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in Account suspension pending review.
To register an Account on kin999, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number, and your date of birth. You must also set a strong, unique password for your Account.
You warrant that all information provided at registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure without notice and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. kin999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login details. You must notify kin999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. All pending bets will be settled according to these Terms before the final balance is processed for withdrawal. Accounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements may have Bonus Funds removed prior to closure.
kin999 is required by its international licensing obligations and anti-money-laundering (AML) standards to verify the identity of all Members. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, upon the first withdrawal request, when cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed specified thresholds, or at any time at kin999's discretion for compliance purposes.
kin999 will endeavor to complete KYC reviews within 2 business days of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawals may be held pending KYC completion. kin999 is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by a Member's failure to submit required KYC documents promptly.
kin999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). kin999 does not accept payments in foreign currencies or through cryptocurrency channels.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform and may be updated periodically. Members are responsible for checking current limits before initiating a transaction. Deposits below the published minimum will not be credited to the Account and will require manual intervention by our payments team.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members are typically processed within the following timeframes:

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) KYC verification must be complete; (b) any Bonus Funds credited to the Account must have met their applicable Wagering Requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn; (c) the withdrawal destination must match the verified payment method on the Account; (d) kin999 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above Rp 50.000.000 per transaction.
Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. kin999 will reject any deposit identified as originating from a third party and will return such funds to their source. Winnings arising from third-party deposits may be forfeited.
Bonuses and promotional offers available on kin999 are subject to individual terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. General eligibility requires that a Member has a fully verified Account, has not previously claimed the same bonus category in the relevant promotion period, and has not engaged in any conduct that kin999 deems to constitute bonus abuse.
All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. As a general reference, wagering requirements on kin999 bonuses typically range from 20× to 40× the bonus amount. Bets placed on certain game types (e.g., low-margin sports markets, specific table games) may contribute a reduced percentage to Wagering Requirement clearance.
Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's Account without notice. kin999 is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses.
kin999 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, pl acing bets with zero or minimal risk across opposing outcomes, exploiting software defects for guaranteed returns, or coordinating with other Members to manipulate bonus clearance mechanics.
A Bet is deemed officially accepted only once confirmation appears in the Member's Account transaction history. kin999 reserves the right to refuse any Bet at its sole discretion, particularly in cases where odds are displayed incorrectly due to technical error, where the event has already concluded, or where the requested stake exceeds published limits.
All sports Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the governing sports body (FIFA, UEFA, AFC, PSSI, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, etc.) relevant to the event. Casino games, togel draws, and slot gacor outcomes are settled according to the certified Random Number Generator (RNG) result provided by the licensed game provider. Settlement is final once processed, except in the case of an obvious technical error acknowledged by kin999.
kin999 reserves the right to void any Bet in the following circumstances: (a) the event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed beyond the published void window; (b) a result cannot be verified due to corruption or technical failure; (c) odds were displayed in obvious error (e.g., decimal odds of 1000.00 when the correct odds were 10.00); (d) the Member was found to have inside information not available to the general public at the time the Bet was placed.
Members acknowledge that live in-play betting involves inherent delays between real-world events and odds updates on the Platform. kin999 employs industry-standard delay tolerances and reserves the right to void any live Bet placed after the outcome-determining action has occurred in the real-world event but before the Platform has updated the market status.

kin999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account engaged in prohibited conduct, void associated Bets, and forfeit all funds held in the Account. kin999 may also report suspected illegal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All content on the kin999 Platform — including but not limited to the kin999 brand name, logo, graphic design, software code, user interface design, data compilation, odds calculation algorithms, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of kin999 or its third-party licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express prior written consent from kin999.
The kin999 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service. kin999 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure from unauthorized access, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kin999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if kin999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall kin999's total aggregate liability to any Member for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kin999 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, internet service provider failures, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or failures of third-party game providers or payment processors.
kin999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. kin999 employs 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and maintains strict internal access controls to safeguard stored data.
kin999 will never sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
